It turns out that the famous boxer has been rather close to Kim and Khloe’s late father, Robert Kardashian. Back in the ’80s, Leonard was one of the best boxers in the industry and won world titles in five different weight divisions. Seeing as he was such a popular figure at the time, it only makes sense that he’d cross paths with many celebrities. This included the Kardashians. It’s unclear how the boxer met the family initially, but he still became close friends with Robert, Kris, and Caitlyn. This led to Kris and Caitlyn asking him to be Kim and Khloe’s godfather.

This entire relationship began when Sia reached out to Maddie Ziegler on Twitter and asked her to appear in the “Chandelier” music video. Since then, the two have continued working together and have gotten closer over time. In fact, they’ve gotten so close that Sia eventually became Maddie’s godmother. In 2019, Maddie spoke about Sia in an interview, saying that she’s “the best person in my life.”
