Ms. Burton was supposed to be provided with special assistance but something went wrong with the department who was supposed to take care of the matter, which caused Ms. Burton to miss her flight. She was then asked to wait for another 90 minutes for her thing to be given back to her.

After then, the airline found out that Ms. Burton’s luggage was shipped to Bordeaux even though she was not able to board the plane. The airline explained that aviation security is required to make sure that the bags are unloaded when a passenger checks in their bags but doesn’t board the plane.
