Every one of us is rooting for Jim Carrey. We have to say that he gave an amazing and dark performance in Dark Crimes and love him all the more for it. Despite this, not even genuine talent can save such a misguided murder mystery. It is not exactly a reach to call it a crime against cinema!

Gotti (2018)
Before we go into greater detail about what made Gotti so bad, let us first give kudos to John Travolta. The actor gave it his all when he was tasked to bring the infamous John Gotti to life. However, the biopic of the crime boss was just too incoherent and ambitious for its own good. It did not win a lot of praise!
