Trying To Find Something
In the pitch black, Jeff glanced all around him. After some initial confusion, Mike finally understood what he was looking for when Jeff displayed a large rock for him to look at. Mike was going to say anything, but Jeff interrupted him by putting his finger to his mouth and throwing the rock at the staircase. A tremendous explosion could be heard all across the ship.

Jeff quickly retreated into the shadows as Mike’s eyes opened in surprise. The man who had been left behind in the room dashed out the door and headed in the direction of the stairs. “Dereck!” he yelled out in anger. I am in possession of them! While the man was running up the stairs, Jeff and Mike waited until they could no longer hear the sound of his footfall.
