They were able to hear the water trickling down, and there was a thin layer of water that they had to navigate while they were there. Moreover, they were able to see the water dripping down. They made an attempt to stay as quiet as possible in order to locate the sound that was coming from the muffles, but the sound reverberated throughout the entire ship despite their efforts. Because of this, identifying the location of the sound’s origin was made a lot more challenging.

As they proceeded farther and further within the ship, Mike’s level of worry continued to rise. He was aware that even if something bad happened to them, they would never be able to find their way back. When he looked over the damp and rusted walls of the ship, various nightmare scenarios raced through his head. What exactly had he gotten himself into by doing that?
