Natalie Morales worked at Chase Bank before going into journalism. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in Latin American studies. She began her career as a morning anchor at News 12 – The Bronx, where she also worked as a camera operator, producer, and editor. MSNBC hired her as an anchor and reporter in 2002, and she remained there until 2006. Morales took over as host of Access Hollywood from Billy Bush in 2016. She was then employed as the West Coast anchor of Today, as well as a Dateline reporter.

Heidi Watney has been interested in sports since she was a kid. She was an active member of all of her high school sports, and her enthusiasm led her to pursue this career path. She began her career as a weekend sports anchor for KMPH-TV, and an ESPN Radio 1430 KFIG sports talk radio host. Later, she worked for NESN, a Boston-based network. She was an on-field reporter for the Red Sox and hosted many specials, including The Ultimate Red Sox Show.
