Lindsay Czarniak started her career in broadcasting as an intern at WUSA. She was first employed as a production assistant by CNN. When she was working for WAWS in Florida, she became a news editor. When she joined WRC-TV in 2005, she co-hosted “The George Michael Sports Machine.” Finally, when she covered the 2006 Winter Olympics, she gained considerable responsibility as a reporter. After George Michael stepped down, Czarniak and Dan Hellie became co-sports anchors for NBC4.

Andrea Mitchell – $8 Million

Andrea Mitchell has been with NBC since 1978 and is clearly devoted to the network. She began her career as a news director for a college radio station named WXPN while still continuing her education at the University of Pennsylvania. She worked as a reporter at KYW radio shortly after finishing her degree before becoming the station’s City Hall correspondent. She quickly rose through the ranks of NBC News’ energy correspondent.
