One of the most significant indications in the inquiry was a security film showing judge Kosik walking toward Bill’s ShopRite in Covington Township despite the business being closed. This video was taken the night before he went missing. According to reliable sources, the judge vanished from his residence in Scranton at 1:30 a.m.
