Matt Gfroerer decided to start something fresh after growing tired of selling software. His and his wife’s passion for cuisine inspired them to create Smokeshow Barbecue. Matt had to struggle at first because he had no experience in this industry. Fortunately, he had outstanding mentors, and the restaurant was up and running successfully within five years. Visitors like the combo platters in addition to the turkey and pork specialities.

Douglas Henri and his wife used to run a modest business off of a food van in 2006. In 2009, he converted an old pizza parlor near Hammonton into a one-of-a-kind BBQ eatery. Henri’s Hotts Barbeque has been a family company for almost 11 years. It won the hearts of many by providing the best AYCE buffet in New Jersey. Locals love the famous smoked outback ribs grilled over oak and hickory, as well as the pulled pork.
