The barbecue restaurant is prospering in Idaho Falls, attracting foodies from all over the country as well as locals. The truck-style eating is homey, adjacent to a small motel, with the Westbrook family serving the best with Grandma Loretta in the kitchen. Cherry-red baby backs are simply divine.
