As her fame grew, Celine grew up as well, and her style evolved. She and her manager thought of giving her look an upgrade. Celine thought she had unattractive teeth, and tabloid magazines meanly gave her the nickname “Canine Dion.” Therefore, she went through a few dental procedures in the mid-80s to improve her smile.
