Crystal Gayle
Brenda Gail Webb, also known as Crystal Gale, was an American country music singer and songwriter. She was now 69 years old and was born on January 9, 1951, in Paintsville, Kentucky. She followed the footsteps of her sister Loretta Lynn and became a country music star. She somehow managed to carve a niche for herself as a crossover pop-country artist between the 70s and 80s, and she even released around 20 number one hits. Her sister might have been a bit more famous. However, she was the first female vocalist ever to earn platinum sales for a record. Crystal Gale had been inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 2016.
