Christofer Nardelli was the owner of the four-year-old restaurant. There were customers who liked to go to his restaurant a few times a month. His favourite meal on the menu was the gumbo. Gumbo was a chicken and andouille sausage base that had dark roux, paired with an Old Chub Scotch Ale.

Most of the time, Christofer and James Turner who was the chef of the restaurant e-mailed their deals and the options of beer in order to notify their customers about the new stuff that was happening in the restaurant. The chef even mailed their customer personally. The customer asked him when they would serve the gumbo that he wanted to eat on the menu.
