Vincent must have been delighted when he made his dream a reality. He started his own garage but knows that this would have been impossible to do this on his own. Upon the release of American Chopper: Senior vs Junior, he came back to help Paul Jr. The new show enjoyed two seasons on the Discovery Channel until it got the ax. Despite this, it is neat to see the crew once more.

Not Initially Meant To Focus On The Shop
When the idea of American Chopper was developed, The Discovery Channel was not all that interested in the family. The producer said that the choice to focus on the garage was finalized a night before they started filming. It was such a last-minute move that the network did not know until they were in too deep. “I changed all the tickets, changed the crew, and on Thursday we were shooting the pilot for American Chopper. We didn’t initially tell Discovery about the switch. It was just a gut feeling.”
