It was pretty risky for Katie to try and befriend Casey, who was the baby’s mother and her boyfriend’s ex. It would only take one wrong move to cause huge consequences for all the parties involved in this situation. At the start, Casey had her walls up. However, the two of them ended up spending some time together and discussing things after Katie insisted. While it was probably weird for them both, they would end up getting along just fine.

We are glad to hear that they started to truly enjoy the company of the other woman later on. In fact, they succeeded in putting all ill feelings aside! They tried bonding for the sake of Landon, but everything changed once they realized that there were a lot of things they had in common. In one interview, Casey explained their friendship by saying, “We bonded on so many more levels than just Landon.”
