When the adoption process started, Katie wanted to make sure that she would protect the safety and privacy of the children. When the news about her incredible adoption story broke out, she began to receive a lot of media attention. Katie wanted to ensure that the adoption process will not be hindered in any way, so she decided to use stickers to cover up Jackson’s face whenever she makes a post online. This was her way of making sure that the baby did not get any unwanted public attention.
