The next step is to get a clean cloth and some paper towel, then simply wipe the dipstick onto it. After around 2 hours, come back and look at the paper. If you notice that the oil has become darker at the center, you have dirty oil. If the center is smooth however, it means your oil is clean. Simple, no?
