It was on the market for more than thirty years and had been renamed a couple of times. One of the worst things about it was that it was an unreliable car that broke down often. 1980 Chevrolet Corvette California 305

As the 1980 Corvette California was being developed, the high federal emission requirements got in its way. The regulations called for it to have a smaller engine, which meant that Chevy could no longer push through with its plans to give it a bigger engine.
