In this article, we would talk about the states that had a high obesity rate. These states should figure out how they could stop this problem or suffer from health issues. However, the state was facing the problem because the number of obese who were obese were increasing. Most people who were aged 45 and 64 were obese. In Connecticut, 21.6% of the adults were not doing any physical activity for a month. 28.5% of those grownups were not eating vegetables three times a day. Nebraska was one of the states with high American obesity rates, and it was unfortunate that the percentage had been steadily increasing from 2013 to 2018. It was reported that more than one-third of Nebraska’s population was deemed obese, and the lack of policies within the state was apparent. It was evident that Nebraska had to make significant changes because the initiatives to create isolated programs for the residents was not enough.

It was unfortunate that the statistics were consistently increasing and yielded higher cases of diabetes and heart diseases. New Hampshire was one of the worst states because two of three adults and more than 25% of the children were either overweight or obese. Looking at the bright side, the rate was consistent for the last five years, but the government, food industry, and the residents should act and reverse the dangerous trend.
