The person who wrote the note used an awful joke to get his point across. However, jokes about the blind sometimes worked whenever attacking idiots who would not care for those who correctly parked their cars. It was impressive that he only used one joke on the note because, in our case, we might need three just to prove a point.

Trashing The Car
When we looked at the photo, we could say that this was not what it meant when other people said that a property had been trashed. However, the one in the picture had been taken literally. It might be possible that the car owner could not find other places to park, so he simply left it in front of the dumpster. It had undoubtedly caused a lot of hassle for the people nearby who had to throw their garbage. Maybe there was someone who got fed up and simply threw it to the car. We should bear the consequences whenever we thought of parking the car in front of the garbage area.
