Ballistic: Ecks Vs Sever (2002)
You might think that an action flick with two former agents fighting over a lethal weapon would make for a compelling watch. On top of the interesting premise, the two lead characters are played by none other than Antonio Banderas and Lucy Liu! Sadly, this movie did not look like an original and nuanced movie. Instead, it felt more like a “video game promo.”

Now, it is true that Jean-Claude Van Damme has incredible star power on his own. This is an action flick that revolves around a special government agent tasked to protect biological weapons from a terrorist group intent on stealing them. Derailed had lots of potential, but it was just too implausible.
