“Whatever Happens, Happens”
Maddox may have found it difficult to say goodbye to his mother, but it doesn’t appear that he feels the same way about Brad. When the university student encountered some photographers on campus and was questioned about his father visiting him, Maddox replied that he doesn’t “know about that, what’s happening. He was then asked if his relationship with Brad is over to which he responded that “whatever happens, happens.” We are not surprised that Maddox feels the way he does given their incident a few years ago.
