She did not want to do this to piss Smoochie in any way or hurt the puppies – she did this gesture because she wanted the puppies to feel that they were loved. She wanted to take care of them because she knew that their mother failed to show the love and care they deserved.

She began taking the puppies one at a time by carrying them in her mouth, bringing them to an empty trailer. That was the day when people saw her carrying a furry thing in her mouth. From the empty trailer, she would come back to the puppies’ trailer, take one of them, and bring them to the empty trailer – the cycle continued.
