Ghost Fleet Overlord Program
The Ghost Fleet Overlord Program is a NAVSEA program that aims to build, purchase, and maintain the fleet of ships and combat systems of the U.S. Navy. One of its two test vessels has completed two autonomous transits of 4 days, traveling 3,200 nautical miles across 181 hours of autonomous operation.
Sea Hunter
The Sea Hunter, also known as the Anti-Submarine Warfare Continuous Trail Unmanned Vessel or ACTUV, is an autonomous anti-submarine ship launched in 2016. It is part of the DARPA ACTUV program and built by Vigor Industrial. The ship is quiet and designed to detect and neutralize quiet submarines near the shore.
