These individuals were attempting to construct some pipes when they became aware that a larger piping structure was already in their way. So, what exactly did they do? All they had to do was cut the larger pipe in order to force the new construction piece into place! Is it possible that they forgot that those screws were there for a reason, or that they simply don’t care?

This is disgusting, and it has to be one of the reasons why so many people prefer to bring their own water to work rather than using the water cooler at the office! Because of all of the stagnant water that had accumulated in this water cooler, it was overrun with algae!
