Josh Elliott’s first major on-screen television work was as a panelist for Around the Horn and Jim Rome Is Burning on ESPN in 2004. He also appeared on ESPN2’s Cold Pizza as a guest co-host. He rapidly rose through the ranks, ultimately becoming an ESPN News co-anchor and SportsCenter reporter. Elliot joined ABC’s Good Morning America in 2011 and was a weekend fill-in anchor on ABC World News. For around a year, he worked at NBC, where he was primarily responsible for NBC Sports programming.

Robin Roberts got a job as a sports anchor and reporter at a small station after graduating with a degree in communication. She went on to work as a radio host for an Atlanta station. Robert’s perseverance paid off in 1990 when ESPN hired her. She was a 15-year employee of the network. She was hired by ABC News in 1995 as a featured reporter for Good Morning America, where she still works today. Roberts won the Mel Greenberg Media Award in 2001 and a Peabody Award in 2012 for her reporting on the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome.
