As we’ve mentioned, Miley Cyrus’ godmother is none other than Dolly Parton. It’s no secret that Miley’s father, Billy Ray Cyrus, is an iconic country singer. It only makes sense that he’d be close to Dolly. Well, Parton became friends with Billy Ray back in the ’90s. Since she’s become Miley’s godmother, Parton made an appearance on Disney Channel’s “Hannah Montana” with Miley. More recently, the two sang together at the 2019 Grammy Awards.

It turns out that being the daughter of a music legend like Lionel Richie definitely has its perks. Nicole Richie has not one, but two godfathers. One of them just so happens to be Michael Jackson – yes, the legendary singer. Once Nicole was adopted by her father, Lionel, he named his friend and collaborator, Michael Jackson, as her godfather. Nicole’s second godfather just so happens to be another close family friend – Quincy Jones.
