Samsonite owns the luggage brand American Tourister, which has been around for nearly a century now. The manufacturing process changed when it was bought out by the bigger company. We already know that Samsonite makes its products in China, so it makes sense that this is also true for American Tourister products. Aside from this, there are also assembly factories in India and Hungary. Thanks to the labor shortage, Samsonite started to manufacture overseas. Even though the products are made abroad, American Tourister is still headquartered in the same place it was founded: Rhode Island.

It makes organic soaps with products obtained from Africa and East Asia through sustainable methods and fair-trade policies. Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps is also an activist and philanthropic organization that cares about causes like environmental activism and drug policy. CEO David Bronner, the son of Dr. Bronner himself, is also known for his cannabis reform advocacy.
