Lorrie Morgan

Lorretta Lynn Morgan, also known as Lorrie Morgan, was born on June 27, 1959, and was born in Nashville, Tennessee. She had performed her very first performance on the Grand Ole Opry to performing Paper Roses on stage when she was just 13 years of age. Her first number one hit was Five Minutes, which was released last 1990. However, Something in Red, which was her second record, was the one that received certified platinum after a year since her first hit. Lorrie’s personal life had been quite turbulent, and she had suffered from some challenges in the years. Eventually, she had no choice but to file for bankruptcy last 2008. Thankfully, Lorrie was able to make a comeback and even released an album called Letting Go . . . Slowly last 2016.

Sara Evans

Sarah Evans was born on February 5, 1971, and was born in Boonville, Missouri. She was a combination of English, Irish, Native American, and Welsh descent. She decided to move to Nashville, Tennessee, to follow her dreams of being a country music artist, and even though she was a Missouri native, she fit right in and even landed a record deal with RCA Nashville. She did not stick with RCA for too long and was eventually signed with Sony Music Nashville. She also left Sony in August 2016 and joined the Concord Music Group. There was a period in her life when she decided to take some time away from music so that she would be able to focus on her family together with Jay Barker. She made an appearance on Chrisley Knows Best last 2016 and was able to perform a duet with Todd Chrisley.
