The pastry powerhouse people all love and know as Cinnabon continues to offer warm, gooey cinnamon buns that taste like heaven. But really, only 40 percent of consumers come back after obtaining their sugar-fix, for some reason. The chain works to make things change, and it doesn’t seem that diners are too amused. Their low-quality meals and awful service discourage clients from returning for some more. Several customers also grumble that their buns are reheated instead of fresh from the oven.
