The proof indicated that Jesus did not wear that full-length cloak or robe like those upper-class people who lived during those times. The Messiah was wearing a knee-length robe like any other common man. However, would the color of his robe be similar to the images that we could see today? Studies have shown that during those times, there was no way to whiten the color of the fabric, this meant that it would be impractical to make the color of the guardian’s robe white. Most tunics during that era were designed from a material called plain wool. In the Bible, reports said that the clothes he was wearing were white and then a shiny color when He became a God.

Additional features from many images show that Christ was wearing a blueish cape or a veil that hung over the robe. However, why was his robe or mask colored in various shades of blue? Perhaps there is a real meaning as to why the color blue was chosen. Historians had no explanation about the color of his clothes, and sometimes consider that there was in fact no true meaning.
