Huge Problem
They felt worried that the house might not appeal to most male clients, maybe even some women. It was beautiful, but it was much too feminine with all the pinks and florals. It would take a lot of effort to change the décor of the house if a potential new owner wanted to do such a thing.

Very Unique
There was one room that looked nothing like the others, however. There was a man cave of sorts in the basement. It had wood panels and a wet bar. We think that it looks perfect, although a few tweaks can make it look even better. This must have been where her husband spent most of his free time!
