The house was truly gorgeous, but the backyard was not in great shape. It was rather neglected, and the only sign of landscaping was the AstroTurf installed. Despite this, the sisters knew that this was too big of an opportunity to pass it up. They knew that could make a lot of money from this incredible house.

Even though the house looks amazing, they knew very well that it was possible for it to have hidden flaws. Could there be foundation errors or mold in the walls? These things would make the price go down. The sisters were confident that it would be fine, but they asked the inspectors to check it out.
