They arrived at a figure that was even higher than what they initially had in mind! It was going to be good for their company, of course. Finally, there was nothing for them to do but to inspect the house and check it out. Gladys and Carla wondered what they would need to do in order to put it on the housing market.

The house is found in a Toronto neighborhood called Old Mill. For many residents of the city, this was a great location. In the past, the real estate agents were able to sell houses there for a lot of money. However, it was not possible for them to figure out how much it was worth without actually seeing the property. At any rate, they arrived at an impressive $968,000 when all was said and done.
