The story does not end with that. The house was essentially a huge time capsule. After walking through the front door, you will feel like you have been transported back to the ‘40s. After all, it was during that decade that Joyce moved into the house and decorated it. Can you believe that she picked out the curtains, wallpapers, flooring, and furniture on her own?

The ladies started their tour of the home and were delighted to find that each room was cleaner and nicer than the one that came before it. No doubt, this was the cleanest and best-maintained house they have ever seen in their career. This was not a regular house but a homage to the past! It was clear that Joyce put in a lot of effort to look after this gorgeous house. Now they understood why she was so hesitant in the beginning. While the house looked amazing, this did not mean that it was free from problems. There was one thing that they saw that could be a problem when it is time to sell the house.
