Huge Problem
The sisters felt a little worried because the house was decorated in a very feminine way. It was truly gorgeous and impressive, but it would not have the same appeal to male buyers. After all, how many men do you know that like pink and florals? This color scheme might come up as an issue, especially if the potential buyer is not interested in going through a lot of effort to redo the décor. It will take a lot of effort, money, and time to change the way a house looks. On top of that, this was money that could go to the commission that they could charge instead. The golds, pinks, and purples of the house might be a deal-breaker for their male clientele, might there are probably women who would not appreciate it too.

There was one room that did not look like the rest of the house, however. The basement had a room that boasted a wet bar and wood paneling. This was clearly a man cave! This room already looked gorgeous, so one only needs to tweak it a little to make it perfect. It was clear that this was a room for a man. We bet that this was the private retreat of Joyce’s husband. This must have been the ideal place to get some alone time or hang out with his friends. The house is nice, but it must be nice to get away from all the florals and pastels in the rest of the house.
