We could be sure that someone made this person angry on multiple occasions because he went out of his way to get a business card printed. It was also possible that the person who had these prints encountered terrible parkers frequently because they went out of their way to spend out of their pocket just to make a point.

It Was Raining
If we were in the same situation as the driver of the car, we might have done the same thing. Like the rest, the owner might have found it challenging to find a parking spot to discover that there was none left. And yet, he had seen a miracle and saw an open space. However, it was supposed to be the spot for shopping carts. It happened to be raining that day, so the owner of the red car thought he had been lucky. We should hold off that thought because we could not shake the idea as to why there had been a single cart in front of the car. Maybe we would find out some other time.
