It was too bad that there were simply people who never learned their lesson. We had always been told to avoid parking in front of the hydrant, and it would not be so difficult to obey. Maybe the car owner thought something along the lines of, “The worst that can happen is that they will give me a ticket, and they won’t even do that!” However, there happened to be a fire emergency at that time, and the firemen had a challenging time to move and use the hose when the car blocked it. It was unfair that the person did not receive a ticket for the illegal parking, but they did have two smashed windows, and the vehicle received water damage.

The maker of this note decided to show off his or her Microsoft Word skills. The person surely poured in time and effort to print a document that came with instructions on how to park correctly. There was even a diagram for visualization. If the lousy parker did not learn from this, it might be time to go back to the driver’s school.
