Issue
When EasyJet was asked about it, they said that the matter was because of an issue at the boarding gate. However, the airline still kept in touch with the passengers that were affected and asked for their apology. Though, is that apology enough for them?
Launched Investigation
After everything that has happened, all the passengers that were affected went under an investigation and were then offered with flight vouchers and refunds. The airline said that 19 of the passengers accepted their offer to get a later flight to London.
