He added that after trying to figure out what was going on, he checked through the doors onto the airport apron only to realize that the plane was already. He then turned to the guy beside him explaining that he doesn’t want to cause panic but it seems like that their plane has already taken off.

He shared how he was disappointed for the airline and crews to be that careless. He said that when they were stuck they were banging on the doors for 10 minutes to raise the alarm. Imagine how horrifying it was to be locked there especially for those families with kids.
