Jack and his family were not pleased with what happened, they were very disappointed with how the airline handled the matter. Jack said that the airline staff told him that the last call was not announced on speaker because there was a silent airport policy that they were following.

Jack informed the person at the information desk and asked if it was true, it turns out that there was no such policy that was being implemented at the airport. Aside from that, the personnel informed him that the gate was not closed at 7:06 am, it was shut at 7:12 am.
