Bayport BBQ – Bayport, Minnesota
Bayport BBQ specializes on its own brand of barbecue. It is a tiny and charming family-run business with no staff other than generations of the family. Diners queue in a buffet line that runs through the kitchen, picking up smoked meats such as beef, lamb, pulled pig, chicken, spare ribs, and sausage. Their Texas-style brisket is spice-seasoned and slow-cooked for 14 hours at 250 degrees F.
