Brad Orison and his sister, Brooke, built this lovely and earthy barbecue restaurant out of two-by-fours, some old roofing material, tin, vintage windows, and hardwood floor remnants. Fans of grilled meat and the sound of the blues will be at ease here. They have live music to complement their slow-smoked baby backs, chicken “wangs,” and spareribs. Picnic tables are set up beneath string lights. The couple has won various prizes, including the 2015 World Grand Champion title, which they won in Memphis in May.
