Arthur Bryant’s Barbeque – Kansas City, Missouri
The original location was at 18th and Brooklyn in Kansas City, but it was relocated to 1727 Brooklyn in 1958. Following the death of founder Arthur Bryant, the restaurant closed for two years before reopening. The age-old tradition evolved significantly over time. The seasoned smoking barbecue, on the other hand, is still the best in the state since they never handed away their original barbecue sauce secret. Because of their famous brisket and unusual sandwiches, the restaurant is always packed.
