Is there a more popular board game than Monopoly? We doubt it. Hasbro ended up selling the plant that makes it to Cartamundi, a Belgian card-maker. Even though there are plants in the United States, there are factories in India and China as well. Hasbro has been trying to cut down the manufacturing in China to half and looking at Indian locations for cheaper labor. The toymaker said that it is looking at cutting production by half before 2020 ends. Most plants are found in Guangdong, China.

Stetson Hats
John B. Stetson Company, the company behind the Stetson cowboy hats, was incorporated in 1891. The company makes hats for both me and women and currently employs over 5,000 employees. However, the company was making more hats in the 1900s more than any other period in time! We are not surprised to hear that the hats are made in Texas through a contract with Hatco, which also makes Resistol and Charlie 1 Horse hats. The company brings to mind images of the wild, wild West!
