Another former passenger shared that there was this one time that the airline forgot to board 29 passengers. The passengers were still waiting for them to be boarded and it was already late before they were notified that the plane left already.

A passenger who was also on that flight shared his experience. He said that a lot of passengers were trapped in the corridor of the boarding gate. He said that they were already in line for boarding and people were already getting on the plane but the boarding just suddenly stopped.
