The log cabin was set on a 30-acre plot with an apple orchard and its own water source. Tony could transform the cabin into a self-sustaining woodland paradise with some effort. But he couldn’t help but think it was all a little too good to be true. Why was it so inexpensive?

After a bit of digging, Tony discovered that the previous owner of the house had recently lost his wife and that he wanted to get rid of the property as soon as possible so that he could retire to Florida. Tony, on the other hand, was not about to stop there. The first thing he needed to do was make sure the old structure was sound. Oddly, in the middle of the kitchen floor, there was also an odd access point. But Tony had only scratched the surface of what he had discovered.
